The newly-named world of
Captain's Choice
is rich in early Imperial archaeotech and Orkish xenotech. Though the treasures and crude weapons are easily gathered, they must be sorted from the useless or broken junk - not to mention wrested from the xenos horde and strange, ancient technological guardians - before they can be smuggled past overzealous Imperial authorities and traded away.
The bullet points represent suggestions, not a ticklist of required activities per se.

Encounters completed

Each encounter that works toward one or another Objective awards a number of Achievement Points based on its difficulty. In my opinion, these are the relevant ones so far:
Sucessfully completed Warp transit to the system (Objective 1, Ordinary difficulty, +50 AP)
Destroyed the Ork fleet in the system (Objective 1, Very Hard difficulty, +300 AP)
Cleansed the destroyed Ork vessels so they can be looted (Objective 2, Challenging difficulty, +100 AP)
Sent an Astropathic message to the recently-captured Frigate to begin transit to the system (Objective 3, Easy difficulty, +10 AP)
Used ingenuity and superior firepower to cleanse the planet of much of its Ork taint, by burning the jungles (Objective 2, Challenging, +100 AP)
Creatively used orbital bombardment, ground troops, and personal intervention to defeat the Ork hordes in the city - including stealing a Gargant (Objective 2, Challenging difficulty, +100 AP)
Tracked and defeated the Warboss in personal combat (Objective 2, Difficult difficulty, +150 AP)
Destroyed Jax' combat servitors (Objective 2, Challenging difficulty +100 AP)
Investigated the warp-beacon and opposed Lord-Captain Jax and his Eldar entourage to shut it down (Objective 1, Hard difficulty, +200 AP)
Chased and destroyed the fleeing Eldar Warlock (Objective 1, Ordinary difficulty, +50 AP)
At Footfall, threw a magnificent party, then attended a less magnificent party, and made lots of useful trade contacts and arrangements (Objective 3, Ordinary difficulty, +50 AP)
Spent Achievement Points in the form of payment and promises to the crew of the
Tide of Iron
in order to raise morale (-50AP)
As such, by this reckoning we have the following progress:
Objective 1: 600AP
Objective 2: 550AP
Objective 3: 60AP +350 carryover -50 spent = 360
Achievement Points carry over from one objective to another, and excess points at the end of the Endeavour can become extra Profit Factor.
